My name is Robert Pierce. I've been a wine professional for 17 years, sometimes as a sommelier, sometimes as a wine buyer/supplier, but always as someone who cares about people. When I say I care about people, I don't just mean in the clients I have, I mean the people who have made it possible for me to be in business as well, the growers and producers and their families. My company VRWein uses Virtual Reality to enhance how our guests taste and understand food and beverages, and allows producers and suppliers a chance to tell their story in an immersive setting and create emotional connections with prospective clients. Though I am not a wine buyer, we function as a retail wine store, a place to taste wine & spirits paired with food, and a wonderful special events venue. On the business to business side, we offer a software platform that will give you the tools to tell your story through immersive virtual reality, complete with your own videos in your own words, your wines shown as you want them to be shown, and tourism that connects with your guests on emotional levels.
