We are family run organic farm factory from Apulia region South Italy, we produce with  passion and dedication wine IGT Salento, mainly based on Primitivo , Negramaro and Malvasia vines . We use modern winemaking techniques comined with tradition and respect of the enviroment and natural timescale. 

Our are artisan products of high quality we work basically with horeca and specialized shop and private .

We also produce olive oil from ultracentury trees (600-800 years old) and flavoured EVO from fresh olive milled with fresh truffle , lemon , red mandarin, rosmary and chili peppers.
