Varieties 100% Sauvignon Blanc Alcohol +/- 11.50% Ageing 15 months aging in cellar Nature Reserve Brut - Nature Characteristics: Our Clàssic Penedès follows the traditional method of vinification of the best sparkling wines. This sparkling wine is characterized for being 100% organic, 100% Penedès and 100% reserva (15-month minimum ageing on lees). Tasting Notes: A unique sparkling wine, made from our star varietal Sauvignon Blanc. Pale lemon in color with no signs of development, and alively bubble that rises softly to the surface. A wine that opens in the glass to offer primary varietal notes coupled with lighter notes of autolytic development. On the palate we find a creamy mousse, which is the result of the well-integrated gas, and enjoyable citric and floral notes that are persistent. Pairing Aperitif, starter dishes, white meats and fruit desserts.
