WINEMAKER NOTES :Grapes from old vineyards with fermentation of 10-12 days at a
temperature of 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, remaining
in them for a minimum of 6 months for roundness and aging.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Purple color and high layer, lots of color and abundant tear.
Nose: ripe black fruit such as cherry and cranberry. Chocolate, vanilla and spice notes
such as black pepper, clove and liquorice. Floral and lactic aromas.
Taste: pleasant, with good acidity and sweet and tasty tannins with a good travel.
Taste of ripe fruit and spices.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It accompanies well with all kinds of meats and barbecue roasts.
