WINE TYPE Red Crianza REGION Albacete D.O.Manchuela GRAPE VARIETY 100% Tempranillo CROP 2010 Location at an altitude of 700m above sea level with organically poor sandy-clay soils and annual rainfalls of 350mm. The climate is severe but moderated by the influence of the neighbouring mediterranean climate. WINEMAKER NOTES It came from our best vines. This wine is born from selected and matured grapes, controlled fermentation, respectful processes and long macerations. With 12 months in the barrel, it becomes more complex with aromas and the aging in the bottle finishes refining an elegant, complex and complete wine. TASTING NOTES: Sight: Roof tile red colour. Nose: Elegant complex aromas that combine ripe fruits, plums, raisins with aging aromas like hazelnuts and leathers with a subtle and refreshing balsamic final. Taste: A complex wine in mouth that gives us freshness, sweetness and a long and noble finish. FOOD PAIRINGS: It combines exceptionally with grilled red meats, stews and white meats, pasta, vegetables, pickles and even combines with appetizers.
