We are a family-owned winery in the region of Albacete, Castilla La Mancha, we work under the D.O. MANCHUELA. We produce Red, White, and Rosé wines, most of them under the organic wine certification.

These vines were planted and cultivated by giving their production to third parties for a long period of time. In 2005 the project took shape and we began to build a winery in the heart of these lands. It was then when the first own wine was made with the 2007 vintage called "Senda de las Rochas" This brand has established itself as the star wine of the winery due to the care with which it is made year after year, honoring those beginnings.

Since its inception, this family project has been possible thanks to the dream of our family "Pardo Tolosa", to make our own wines exclusively from our lands with 50 hectares of old vines and more than 20 years old.

In our winery, both the traditional methods of growing the vine, as well as the best technology, are combined to enhance and guarantee authentic, expressive, and high-quality wines.

Location at an altitude of 700m above sea level with organically poor sandyclay soils and annual rainfalls of 350mm. The climate is severe but moderated by the
influence of the neighbouring mediterranean climate.

WINEMAKER NOTES 7 – 10 days meceration with controlled fermentation at 20ºC with
totally ecological treatment. Oaked for 5 months.

TASTING NOTES
Sight: Rubi red colour with blue edging.
Nose: Olives (morel), plums, baking (hazelnuts), light toasted.
Taste: Toasted, greasy, bitter, long, fresh, overwhelming.

FOOD PAIRINGS Ideal for meat (red and white) and all home-made meals.
