Established in 1983 by a group of vine growers from the area of Tierra de Barros in Southern Extremadura, as they felt the need to get stronger and join together under a common project. They aimed the production of their own bottled wines with high quality standards, using their experience as vine growers and their passion for their home land. 1900HA of land with vines and olive groves in the surroundings of the city of Almendralejo. 

D.O.P Ribera del Guardiana : established officially in 1999, this is the certifying body for quality wines in Extremadura region.
Production areas : Tierra de Barros, Montánchez, Ribera Alta, Ribera Baja, Cañamero and Matanegra.
Viticultores de Barros is located in Tierra de Barros, the main vine growing area in D.O.P. Ribera del Guadiana, with Almendralejo
as the capital city.

This cava is the fruit of a careful selecction of the grapes belonging to the winery grouwers. The extrem care of the vineyards is translated to this selected product witch aims to please the taste of great bubble lovers.

Emperador de Barros Brut Nature is an elegant cava,wich can be enjoyed at any time. Elaborated using the traditional method Champenoise, with a minimum ageing of 10 months in the bottle.
