My domain is located in a middle of Champagne between Reims and Epernay, Cormoyeux.
My vineyard of 9ha is certified High Value of Environment and Viticulture Durable in Champagne. Too I begin the organic process on the part.
I produce 12 cuvées of Champagne, red and white still wine and Ratafia Champenois in my old cellar of 1673!!
