Born from a bond formed between the Lallement family and the Massonnot family, our champagne is the result of the work of five generations of enthusiastic winegrowers who have always been intent on promoting the wealth and exception of their terroir.
The family history goes back to the early 20th century in Bouilly, where the Lallement family planted their first vines on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims.
In 1982, Francis Lallement started to commercialize bottles of champagne under his own brand « Lallement-Massonnot »
In 2014, Xavier and Marie Lallement took over the company and decided to have a High Environmental Certification (HVE) to respect nature .
Xavier is a graduated engineer from TELECOM Paris Tech and Marie has a double degree in Finance (Business School EDC Paris and Cergy University).
The company makes use of 5.5 hectares : 
with 1/3 of the grapes we sold up to 17000 bottles per year and with 2/3 of the grapes we provide Great Champagne Houses such as Bollinger, Taittinger and Moët through the Vrigny Cooperative.
All of our Cuvées are 1er Cru (1st Growth) 

2020 was exceptional despite of the COVID19, we won 3 Gold Medals : 
Brut Réserve (Gold Medal FEMINALISE), 
Brut Millésimé 2014 (Gold Medal GILBERT GAILLARD), 
Brut Sélection Meunier (Gold Medal GILBERT GAILLARD)

We also acquired the TRIPADVISOR Travelers’ Choice Awards (10% of best attractions worldwide)

Champagne Lallement Massonnot

A dazzling kind of wine for its diversity of aromas.

Aged for a minimum of 3 years in bottles, this cuvée consists mostly of Chardonnay which gives this wine its freshness and finesse, along with beautiful floral notes. This gives champagne a sharp edge, combined to the fruity flavours of Pinot Meunier.

Ideally served with fish sauerkraut, scallop or fish, as a starter.
