CHATEAU PAS DU CERF

We are an artisan family Provençal estate since 1848. 8th generation and now 3 sisters are managing the Estate.. We are working in organic farming our 80ha since 2018. Already 1 organic rose wine. Our vines grow on a schist soil. We produce 80% of rose wines (grenache, cinsault, Tibouren Syrah grapes), 15% of red wines (syrah, mourvèdre, grenache grapes), 5% of white wines (vermentino, clairette, semillon grapes). Production of 400 000 bts . We are about 5 kms from the Mediterranean sea at 50 kms from St TROPEZ. One of our owner is oenologue and blend our wines only with our own grapes.
