Wine making & fining: Entire harvest cluster, controlled fermentation temperature to have a good color extraction, light filtration. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels. Tasting notes: •Deep ruby dense robe. •Berries, plums, chocolate, cinnamon, leather. Very complex nose. •A supple mouth, suave, with a balanced & perfect tannins and acidity-alcohol. The overall impression is a harmonious wine and original for a 100% Merlot. Tasting tips: •Serving temperature: 16-18° C. •Food Affinities: Excellent with prime ribs, Chateaubriand, & all kind of cheese. •Potential aging: 20 years & over
