A small family property that has existed for decades. We are now working with two generations: Michelle and Thierry EYNARD and their children, Pierrick and Yohan EYNARD.
The EYNARD family has always cultivated the vineyard and produced its wine, but it was always sold to wine merchants. In 2018, Yohan, the youngest, took the initiative with his partner to start making bottled wines.

The vinification is done in the continuity of our work in the vineyard. We limit the inputs, avoiding selected yeasts and enhancing the value of indigenous yeasts, we limit the doses of SO2.
Avoiding selected yeasts is a risk, but a guarantee of the typicity and representativeness of our terroir. The vast majority of our wines are neither fined nor filtered.
It is not the wine that adapts to us, but we adapt to it, according to the vintage and its destiny, which is why you will rarely find two identical wines with us.
Our wines are matured in concrete vats, or in barrels of at least one wine, so as not to mask the work done upstream and to let our terroir express itself to the very end. The objective of our maturing is the micro-oxygenation of our wines, which allows us to refine the tannins, and not to flavour our wine.
