I am the representative of the fourth generation and responsible for vines for 20 years. Having a passion for my profession, my terroir and wine, I wanted to enhance my work and obtain a product that resembles me. Since 2019, the Domaine Eyguestre has worked to obtain the High Environmental Value label. It’s been done since this summer of 2020.

Selection  of  the  best  grapes  located  on  the  best  plots  located  at  an altitude of 250 m. Old vines of 70 years. 30% slope. The soil is made up of white clay and blue marl.
