Ricardelle de Lautrec wine estate is located, in Coursan in the Aude department, in full heart of South of France's Languedoc Roussillon region.
At the crossroads of la Clape, Minervois and Corbières appellations, the estate of Ricardelle de Lautrec is placed in a landscape charged with history: the Via Domitia - the old Roman road- runs across our 123 acres of vines (50 hectares).
In this territory which has possessed numerous advantages for centuries, men produce a qualitative natural wine.
It is in 1999 that Lionel Boutié, who represents the fourth generation of a deeply rooted family in the wine world, chose to convert to organic culture.
Despite certain constraints, he does not regret his choice, quite the opposite! Every day he sees and notices the benefits of the organic culture.

This wine is made under strict natural rules. No added sulfite.
The grapes are harvested manually by night.
Temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by a long maceration. Aged in 4 years barrels for 11 months and then a light filtration.
