Heretat Laverna represents family estate of organic farming in traditional Masia from the Alt Penedès in Catalonia. Winemaking at the farm is seen as an activity of restoring past traditions and heritage since Roman civilization. Laverna from which the name is derived - Vernus, that of Spring, is also an inspiration for our range of still wines and ancestrals (petnats) whose proceeds are used for restoring ancient roman remains on the property.
