Hand-harvested grapes which are fermented using partly oxidative and partly reductive methods. The fermentation in the reductive way is carried out spontaneously along with the rape wine in tanks, while the oxidative method occurs in big oak barrels. In both cases the process of malic acid conversion happens spontaneously. After the malic acid conversion, the barrels are chosen and put to rest in the cellars. During the above-mentioned time and after blending, it is rested as a unity in big oak barrels. Its characteristics hold the beauty of the entire Szekszárd terroir.
