Vinification:
Short maceration, cold fermentation, maturation in barrels, classic method of champanization.
Ageing: One year in barrel, two years on lees in bottle

At first, aromas of red berries appear with some spicy Herbal notes: This sparkling wine is adorned with good freshness, full-bodied and has a long-lasting taste. Silky in the mouth with a fruity, slightly bitter finish. Courageously made from desire to show all the richness of the autochthonous varieties and the beauty of the Pelješac terroir.
