Vinification:
Slow selection od the grape in a vineyard and on the sorting table; pressing without crush to avoid coloring of the juice. Controlled cold fermentation without malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: Stainless steal on lees.
Tasting notes:
Mild pink hue, with an intense aromas of red berries and roses. Painted with a dry refreshing brush of dominant strawberry, raspberry, and cherry aromas on the palette.
