Our latest proudness was denominated after our first grandson :
A late harvested (November 2017) wine from 100% Furmint grape variety. 12 days long fermentation ON MARC (covered with nitrogen against the oxidation) in SS tank, cooled by 17 C. The marc was macerated twice a day, afterwards follow the barrel ageing like 6 months long in young (light toasted) Hungarian 220 litre oak wood barrels. The final result is an exciting semi-dry Furmint, with very characteristic, large body, special bouquet in the nose and extremely long taste, orange, green apple, almond and nut in the palate.
