B1ockOne 2010 Bordeaux Cabernet Franc is almost a unique wine from the world's most prestigious and largest vineyards. Cabernet Franc is one of the three top grape varieties used in Bordeaux blends but less well known than Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Less than a dozen 100% Bordeaux varietal Cabernet Franc wines are produced.
2016 was an all round successful vintage for Bordeaux and Paradise Rescued, rounding off a nice hat-rick of vintages. The first half of the season was wet and cold but great flowering conditions followed by a warm dry summer with cool evening conditions setting up a great run into harvest.
Commendation Winner, International Wine Challenge 2020 London
