Wine- making
In red, delestage and frequent pumpovers at controlled temperatures, max 25°C, for at least 10 days.
Aging
50% 12 months in new French oak barriques, 50% in second passage oak barriques. 18 months in bottles.
Organoleptic properties
Ruby red color, rich of concentration and texture.
Intensive notes of fruit jam and spices. Structured, smooth, slightly tannic. Good length.
