Vinification: quantity grapes for plant does not exceeded 1 Kg. Grapes thinning in two times (first and end August). Manual harvest by specializated worker. Crushing and Alcholic Fermentation during15 days in a small steel tanks. Extraction colour follow ripeated wine reassembly. Maceration during also post fermentation (40-45 days). Fining in Oak Big Barrel (24 month). Afetr fining in glass bottle. After 2 years wine is ready for consumer.
