A special selection of the best grapes in the vineyards of Čara region and the best grains hand-sorted, gave this special wine in a limited series of only 1.900 bottles.
The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color with an oily texture. The lively citrus-guided nose touches on the flavors of baked apple, quince, with a note of vanilla and toasted bread. The rich mouthfeel is harmonized by a lasting thread of bright acidity that lifts and maintains freshness on the long finish.
At the end there are notes of dried almonds and apricots.
Ideally served with seafood dishes, particularly with fish from the oven and roasting meat.
