Mine

MINE is the new winemaking philosophy which aim to give wine consumers an ambassador of an appellation area. To succeed to doing it, I select the best grapes of each terroir of the whole appellation area. The Mine project starts up in 2018 with the Gavi DOCG production. I choose and select from the vineyards of all 11 villages involved in the entire production Gavi DOCG area, the best Cortese grapes capable of expressing the whole complex and rich characteristics of this territory in one single bottle.
