The estate with its 55 hectares of vineyard boasts a centuries-old tradition that began as early as 1500, when its wines revived the Classensi monks in vacation at the Castello di Ribano, sec. XI. Prince Giovanni Colonna di Paliano is the current owner of the Tenuta di Savignano that with farsightedness has expanded the vineyard cultivations and built a new and modern wine cellar, inaugurated in 2005, a place where all the passages of winemaking enjoy a perfect and rigorous harmony between them exalting all the best potential.
