Bright yellow wine with greenish reflections, it has a fruity citrus aroma, with nuances that veer towards tropical fruit, white peach and exotic fruits such as papaya. It has a persistent and very fresh taste with a slightly balsamic finish. Strong freshness and good structure. It can be successfully combined with fish appetizers, tasted raw fish, shellfish and all fish dishes.
