Biography of Vignobles Chevaliers & Fils

We are Independent Winegrowers since 1850, with 4 family properties spread over 4 appellations: AOC Bordeaux, AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol & AOC Pomerol. Richard and Eric Chevalier, 5th generation, are the two winegrower brothers who currently produce 14 wines on their 60 hectares of vines: a rosé, a few whites and some fine red references. Our philosophy is to produce wines that meet consumers' expectations: "pleasure" wines, easy to drink, offering good qualities at attractive prices; but also well-aged wines with good aging potential. We are also adapting to new consumer demands, by offering a “natural” sulphite-free wine and certified vegan wines. In terms of environmental commitments, our 4 properties have been HVE3 certified since September 2020. We are pleased to be supported by Jean-Philippe Fort (from Michel Rolland's team), who supports us in our process of constantly improving the quality of our wines.
